What comes in each baking kit?
Each Kit is unique and will include everything you need to create a bakery quality dessert or cake. You will need to provide refrigerated ingredients and in most cases an electric mixer. Shop our kits for more information and complete contents.

Will I have everything I need to bake my cake/cookies when my package arrives?
You will need to provide the usual refrigerated ingredients, a mixing bowl and in most cases an electric mixer. Check the specific kit you are interested in for full requirements in our shop. 

How long will it take to receive my baking kit?
Right now we are shipping Canada wide. Orders usually take 2-3 days to process before shipping. Please see our shipping calculator for shipping estimates.

How long will my baking kit last?
Our kits contain mostly non perishable ingredients. For best quality you should use your kit within 1 month of arriving. Fondant decorations will become hard over time but are still edible like hard candies. Please follow your kit instructions for more accurate shelf life estimates. 

What types of payments do you accept?
We are processing all major credit cards.

Do you accept returns?
All of our kits are food products and cannot be returned. If you are unhappy with your order we would be happy to review your purchase. Please include pictures of your products within 48 hours of delivery, order number and detailed descriptions of any issues and email to . We will get back to you as soon as possible with a solution.
